Payments

We offer over a dozen payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs. All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider (Stripe), and are protected by encryption. Should you return any of your order and are due a refund, we will refund the value of your order via the payment method you originally used.

Delivery

Our system automatically calculates shipping cost so you get best price and shipping time. For non pre-orders products we normally ship your items within 48 hours and then the provider calculates shipping time of 1 week worldwide. Pre-orders have a lead time in their description of how long it takes to ship. Please note everything is made in house so Pre-Orders take long time for us to make.

Shipping Process

We ship with Postnord to handle all outgoing shipments from Sweden. Once your package leaves Sweden, the carrier responsible for delivery will depend on the destination country.

Important: Once your package leaves our facility and is handed over to Postnord, we are not responsible for any delays, lost packages, or damages that may occur. However, if an issue arises, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with Postnord to resolve it.

Tracking Your Order

After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking details. Please keep an eye on your inbox for updates. We recommend checking your tracking link regularly to stay informed about your package’s journey.
